At Be Deliberate, every item we create is designed to inspire intentional living. Our

products are not only beautifully crafted — they carry meaning, purpose, and power.

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below are our return and refund

policies designed with clarity and fairness.

The Intentionality Anchor (Coin):

If you're not completely satisfied with your standard (non-customized) Intentionality

Anchor Coin, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Coin must be unused,

undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

after we receive the item. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at

support@bedeliberate.net with your order number and reason for return.

Custom or Engraved Coins:

All customized coins (engraved, serialized, or limited editions) are final sale and not

eligible for returns unless damaged or incorrect. We ask that you double-check all

customization details prior to submitting your order. In the rare event that your item

arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Thank you for being part
